Helpful staff.
Breakfast was not worth 10.95. Some people had a coupon. Why not us? We paid $178.00 for a room that was 89.00 when I arrived at Huntsville at same hotel.

Staff was very friendly
Not very true handicap friendly. Stairs in front and only one handicap parking space close to door. Doors too narrow in room.

Check-in around 6 pm was friendly with caring employees, the rooms had comfy beds, nice linens, and a patio, and there were wide varieties of amazing food available for breakfast.

Location within walking distance to tons of restaurants, the aquarium, etc.
Smelled like chlorine throughout our room, we were on third floor directly above the indoor pool

Great location. Clean room and spacious bathroom.
The elevators always has a noxious smell coming from them--kind of like burning rubber. If you're travelling with small children, all of the kids' TV stations are not viewable under whatever service Hilton has. It's really nice to put on a kids' show while everyone is getting ready. The pool is really small. Just a few families in there and everyone is overcrowded. After our first room cleaning, the maid took all of the dirty towels, but didn't leave any replacements, so, I had to go ask.

Double charged for room. Breakfast buffet was ok but a little high priced for semi warm eggs and cold muffins. A little disorganized as far as being able to get your food. No designated parking area for hotel guests only during daylight hours.

The hotel serves great breakfasts. The rooms are great-sized and come with coffee supplies, a tub, and nice linens. The location is convenient and peaceful, especially for those wanting to stay within walking distance of eateries and an oceanarium.

I loved the location. The staff was beyond friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable.
The parking wasn't ideal during the day. The parking is open to the public during certain hours and it's hard to get a space if it's full.

I like it because it was walking distance to the Aquarium

Comfortable king size room with a lovely patio to hang out 🌞. The room amenities, like the shower and hairdryer, were super convenient. The staff was really nice and gave us some good tips for things to do around here.
